Return and Refund Policy

At Nextevo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you want a return or replacement, please be sure to contact us within the time limit to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes.

1)   Returns

1.1  Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods.

1.2  Condition:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories and product tags intact. The packaging may be opened, but it is to be returned together as part of the packaging; however, return or replacement will not be accepted if the product, accessories, or product tags are damaged or missing.

1.3  Non-returnable items:

  • Certain products, including final sale items and personalised products, are not eligible for return.

2)   Process for Returns

2.1  Contact Us:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@nextevo.one with your order number and the reason for the return, together with both the photos and unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the original condition upon receiving the goods.

2.2  Return Authorisation:

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) along with instructions for returning the product.

2.3  Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3)   Refunds

3.1  Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

3.2  Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4)   Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.

5)   Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order and provide both photo and unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement for you at no additional cost, after the returned product is received and inspected and the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect and meets the Condition as stipulated in Clause 1.2.
  • A damaged item refers to a product that arrives broken, torn, stained, or otherwise physically defective.
  • An incorrect item refers to a product that differs from what was ordered, such as the wrong size, color, model, or design.
